Our current featured wine steal is Newton Skyside Red Claret 2015. Rich, ripe fruit dominate the nose with aromas of currant, boysenberry, blackberry and black cherry. They are complimented by notes of vanilla, sweet spice and oak. The fruit continues onto the palate where the wine is balanced and bright, with round supple tannins and a nice lingering finish. 74% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Syrah, 4% Petit Sirah, 2% Malbec, 1% Petit Verdot.
